One of my favourites from the Cajun Kitchen is Peppered Shrimps. Sip all the sauce with the bread, drink cold Whitewine or Rose with it and just enjoy. You might need a lot of wet cloth together with it as you are peeling all the shrimps with your hands, however, as everyone is doing it, it just becomes a little funny.

675 g unsalted butter or margarine
1 cup Seafood Stock or 1 (8-oz.) bottle clam juice
5 garlic cloves, minced
4 bay leaves, minced
